Terms of Service

Who can join

Hello is for adults only: you must be 18 or older, single, and able to form a binding contract. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and don’t accept anyone under 18. Use your real name and your own phone number. One account per person.

How a night works

You’re paired for short, anonymous voice dates. After each one, you secretly choose keep or pass. If you don’t choose, it counts as a pass. If you both keep each other, you stay together. Keep each other long enough and you both reach the reveal, where you see each other’s photo and can swap numbers. Matching is up to us, and we can’t promise a match on any night.

On event nights we transcribe your voice dates to run the night and improve your matches, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tickets and refunds

• Your ticket is only used once you’re paired on a night. If you can’t make it, it carries over to a future night.
• Unused tickets can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Email us.
• If we cancel a night, your ticket carries over, or we’ll refund it if you prefer.
• Once a ticket has been used on a night, it isn’t refundable.
• Promo and guest passes have no cash value.

Be kind

We remove people who:

• harass, threaten, or are hateful or sexually explicit with anyone;
• record, screenshot or share anyone else’s voice, conversation, photo or details;
• pretend to be someone else, or join while not single;
• spam, sell anything, or try to disrupt or misuse Hello.

We may suspend or close an account at our discretion, especially to keep others safe. You can report anyone to will@hello-tonight.com.

Safety on Hello

• Real people only. Every voice you’re paired with is another person who signed up and is attending that night. You’re never talking to an AI or a fake profile.
• Anonymous until you both choose. Your dates never see your name, photo or number. They’re only shared at the reveal, and only if you both keep each other for the required rounds.
• You’re in control. Choose pass and you move on to someone new. Once you’ve shared a round with someone, we won’t pair you together again. You can leave a night at any time.
• Report anything. If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks these rules, email will@hello-tonight.com. We review every report and remove people who break the rules.

Meeting up

We don’t run background checks, and we aren’t responsible for how anyone behaves on or off Hello. If you meet someone in person, meet in a public place, tell a friend, and trust your instincts.

Text messages

By signing up, you agree to receive texts from Hello: verification codes, your seat link, reminders, reveal links and occasional updates about upcoming nights. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you share, like your photo and what you say. You give us permission to use it to run and improve Hello, including to make matches, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The fine print

Hello is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Mbani LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. We may update them, and we’ll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use Hello means you accept the changes.
